Paradigm’s team of exceedingly qualified engineers leverage sophisticated CAD programs to develop and design highly detailed 3-D models of each simulator component. Each individually designed component is then assembled to create an entire 3-D model of the device before a single part is built. These 3-D CAD designs ensure the highest quality components in each and every simulator.
Each component of our simulator is designed to be a modular "plug and play" component. This greatly increases serviceability and reduces down-time. Not only are the small individual components of the simulator modular, but the entire device is also modular allowing it to be installed in any room with a standard single door!
Paradigm fabricates each device with uncompromising care and attention to detail. We utilize real aircraft parts when available and cost effective. Where real aircraft parts are not used, Paradigms engineers design stunning reproduction parts with the same look, feel and function as parts found in the real aircraft.
Fabricating using today’s most efficient processes, such as CNC machining, laser cutting and etching, water jet cutting, CNC lathe, etc. ensure construction of devices built to last.
Paradigm understands the abuse a device will receive during long hours of student use. With this in mind we design and manufacture each component to withstand the rigors of student training. You wont find cheap plastic knobs and components in our devices, we meticulously CNC machine each knob, button, and lever out of aircraft grade aluminum before they are anodized or powder coated to ensure a lifetime of trouble free use.
Pictured to the right are parts right off the CNC machine table in their raw aluminum state. What you see are EXACT replicas of the real aircraft parts made from aluminum, not plastic. While it is much more expensive to produce aluminum parts one at a time on a CNC machine than cheaply molding parts from plastic, we feel the extra time, energy and money we put into each part will pay off when your simulator is still operating flawlessly after thousands of hours of hard use. Our team of programmers have made this software an incredible learning tool for future and existing pilots. In addition to replicating avionics in great detail, Pardigm software engineers are capable of writing interface code to allow our flight simulator engine to drive actual aircraft avionics.
Paradigm has added mobility to the traditional instructor station. Now your instructors have the ability to sit left or right seat while maintaining control over the simulation through our easy to use iPad instructor station.
